I’d say that the answer to this question is quite subjective. A cloud certification that is suitable for a fresher may not be suitable for an already working professional.  

However, a lot of people get confused. They feel scared what if they make the wrong choice! The truth is that there is no wrong choice. It is always subjective. It differs from person to person.

• GCP: 25,727 job vacancies 

As you can see, AWS cloud certification is 2x more in demand than the GCP cloud certification. This also means that the AWS certification is more competitive than the GCP certification.  

Rest the choice is yours. If you want to work in a company that works on a specific cloud vendor, it is better to learn that cloud.

According to Global Knowledge, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect is the highest paying certification in the world. 

This is a little strange as you know that AWS is the top most-used cloud vendor in the tech industry. So, if you are a fresher and you are aiming for a high-paying job, GCP is the best choice for you.
